2019国庆假期安全须知/Safety Tips During the The National Day holiday

      同学们:国庆假期将至,为使同学们度过一个安全、快乐的国庆假期,保证假期后的正常学习,特作安全提示如下:

1.外出旅游的学生要注意保管好自己的证件和贵重物品。如有丢失,应及时到当地派出所报案。

2.出行前,要把房间内所有电器、煤气及水龙头等开关关闭好,门窗锁好,确保安全后才能离开。

3.不要到未正式对游客开放的景点旅游。

4.若参加旅行团,要与正规旅行社联系并签订合同。

5.不要到人群过多的地方凑热闹,避免发生拥挤踩踏伤亡事件。

6 同学朋友聚会时,注意不要饮酒过度。

7 尽量不与他人发生直接冲突,人身安全受到威胁时要寻求警方帮助。

8 假日期间出行的人增多,要特别注意交通安全,遵守交通规则。

9 注意饮食安全和身体健康,感到不适时要及时就医,不要耽搁。

10.填写《学生假期去向调查表》,认真写好假期去向、手机号码等信息,方便假期联络。

11. 请随身携带《留学生安全提示卡》,如有丢失,请到1105办公室领取。

Dear international students: The National Day is coming soon. We hope you all have a safe, happy and peaceful holiday! To ensure a smooth transition back to normal study habits after the holidays, we offer the following safety tips to be observed during the holiday.

Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, the provisions of Liaoning Normal University and all relevant provisions of the College of International Education.

Do not drink alcohol in excess and do not disturb others. Do not frequent bars.

Carry your passport with you when you go out.

Please extend your visa or residence permit before it expires.

Do not use your personal belongings to claim a seat in public spaces, as your possessions may be taken.

Remember to keep your personal belongings safe when you go to basketball courts or football fields, and don’t create any possibility for your things to be stolen.

Please observe the rules of fire prevention and anti-theft, and make sure you turn the electricity off, turn off the water supply, and shut the windows and lock the door before leaving your room.

If you live off campus, be careful while using the natural gas burners in your apartment.

Do not possess or use any illegal drugs like marijuana, heroine, etc.

While planning your travels, remember that it is better to choose a reliable travel agency in the interest of your safety and convenience. During the trip, take good care of yourself and your personal belongings. When you enter a new building, pay attention to the fire escape chart and fire exits, etc.

If you receive a message saying you have won a prize, do not respond to it, as it is likely a scam message.

Obey all traffic rules when traveling and crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis alone. Do not buy, ride, or take unlicensed motorcycles.

Students who are going to stay on campus should abide by the dorm regulations and are not allowed to use any dangerous appliances or create any fire hazards, etc.

If you experience robbery, assault, theft, electronic fraud or other dangerous things, please call the police at 110. If you encounter a fire hazard, please call 119.

If you encounter a traffic accident or an emergency, call 120 for first aid.
