招生类别及奖学金期限
Supporting categories and Duration
1、博士研究生、硕士研究生：奖学金期限3年，辽宁师范大学所有专业均可申报。
Doctoral or Master’s degree Student：3 academic years; All majors in Liaoning Normal University are available to apply.
2、奖学金期限为录取时确定的学习年限，学生来华后原则上不予延长。
The duration of scholarship consists with the study time.
3、奖学金名额不得跨年度使用（即录取当年必须到学校报到）。
The scholarship is not able to use in the coming year (Students must register at the LNNU within the same year of admission.)
申请途径和申请时间
申请人应在规定时间内向承担此项目的辽宁师范大学提出申请，我校受理机构编号为10165。（请于2024年3月31日前完成网络注册,网址及申请所需材料附后）。
Applicants should apply to Liaoning Normal University; the code for our university is 10165. (Please complete the application before March 31st 2024)
申请人资格
1、申请人须为非中国籍公民，且身体健康；
Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China， and be in good health.
2、申请人须为非已在华学习的学生（留华毕业生毕业年限须超过一学年）；
Applicants must be students who are not currently study in China.
3、申请人的学历和年龄要求：
The requirements for applicants’ degree and age
●须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁。
Applicant must provide bachelor degree certificate and with the age of under 35 years old if applied for master degree.
4、 申请人汉语水平要求：
The requirements for applicants’ Chinese level
Applicants must pass HSK level 4 or above
奖学金内容和标准
Scholarship Coverage
● 免交注册费、学费、实验费、实习费、和提供免费校内住宿；

申请材料提供
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料
Applicants must submit the following application material (in duplicate)
1、《中国政府奖学金申请表》（用中文或英文填写）

网上报名所需的受理机构编号，辽宁师范大学为10165，奖学金类别为B类。
The code for Liaoning Normal University is 10165, Type of scholarship is B
2、经过公证的最高学历证明，毕业证书或学位证书的复印件和英文翻译件。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
Notarized highest diploma, Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in Languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English Translation.
3、学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English), Transcripts in Languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English Translation.
4、来华学习或研究计划。申请人可用中文或英文书写来华学习或研究计划；
A study plan or research proposal. (Written in Chinese or English)
5、须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
Two recommendation letters (written in Chinese or English); Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
6、《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，可在留学基金委网站下载）。须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy). The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
